As many of you may know, we love to travel. We also enjoy learning new things, pushing ourselves to grow, and meeting like-minded people. We find that attending conferences is a great way to combine all of these interests. We also really enjoy meeting our readers in person, so we share our upcoming conferences schedule here in hopes that some of you will be able to attend some of these with us!
We’ve included links to the conferences that we know are still open for registration. None of these are affiliate links, we just really love these events! We’ll plan on sharing an updated version of this schedule every six months or so.

2020 Physician Wellness and Financial Literacy Conference – March 12 – 14
This conference is hosted by The White Coat Investor, and as far as we can see, registration is still open! It will take place at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Convention Center in (you guessed it) Las Vegas, Nevada. If you’re a physician who’s looking to increase your financial literacy and avoid burnout, then we highly recommend this conference!
There are a variety of keynote speakers at this event, and guess what? Letizia is one of them! She’ll be speaking during the Saturday morning breakout session. The title of her presentation is, “How to Achieve Financial Freedom Using Direct Real Estate Investing While Working as a Physician.”

Society of Hospital Medicine Annual Conference – April 15 – 18
Letizia will be attending this conference, hosted by the Society of Hospital Medicine and created “by hospitalists, for hospitals.” She’ll also be speaking at the Residents and Student Luncheon to students about financial wellness and passive income.
The conference takes place in San Diego, California, at the San Diego Convention Center. This is a great place for networking and growing your career. Registration is also still open as far as we can see, so join her in April for a great time making new connections!

Zero to Freedom Through Cashflowing Rentals – June 1-14
We’re so excited to announce that our extremely popular course, Zero to Freedom Through Cashflowing Rentals, will be open for registration in June 1-14, with an official course launch date of June 26th. Be sure to mark your calendars so you don’t miss it!
Zero to Freedom is an incubator program for physicians and high-income professionals that guides you, start to finish, through the entire process of finding, selecting, and ultimately purchasing your first rental property…so you start increasing your monthly revenue and protecting your income from taxes right away. This is an action-based class. There’s no theory, philosophy, or lofty ideas to contemplate and formulate hypotheses about that you can later trot out to impress (read it: bore) people at dinner parties. It’s all about results.

Semi-Retired MD Retreat – September 10-13
It’s finally here! Our first retreat for readers of Semi-Retired MD to be held in Seattle, WA!!!
The goal of this year’s retreat will be to bring together like-minded investors to deepen real estate investing knowledge, inspire and empower each other to be better investors and forge the bonds of a long-lasting community that will take us each to the next level. There will be morning educational sessions led by ourselves and other experts, afternoon adventures and lots of time built in for networking.
Space is extremely limited since we want to keep this conference intimate. Please join the retreat waitlist so you’re first to know when the spots are released (we’ll give wait list members a 48 hour head start on public sales)! And stay tuned the second week in March, because that’s most likely when sales will officially start.
Passive Income MD Conference – October 10-11
Our good friend and fellow real estate investor Peter Kim of Passive Income MD hosts an annual conference, which we attended last year. This year, we plan to do the same.
Last year conference attendees had a chance to learn from a variety of physicians and experts investing in a variety of ways in real estate, from direct ownership to syndications. There was also a change to network and meet other like-minded real estate investors. If you missed last year’s conference, you’re in luck, because you can actually buy a video recording of the sessions here!
Wealthy Mom MD Retreat – November 9 – 13
Another good friend of ours, Bonnie Koo of Wealthy Mom MD, is hosting a retreat “for women physicians committed to elevating their lives and living a wealthy life.” You’d better believe Letizia is going to be attending! Plus it’s at the Four Seasons in Oahu, Hawaii. No complaints there. Follow this link to sign up!
Tony Robbins: Date with Destiny – December 4 – 9 (maybe)
We had an amazing time attending Tony Robbins conferences last year, so there’s a chance we might be going to Date With Destiny in Palm Beach, Florida at the end of this year. We haven’t decided yet, but when we do, you’ll be the first to know! If you plan on going, we’d love to know so that if we do end up attending, we can arrange a meet-up!
