In this week’s podcast, we follow the journey of Shama and Sipra, sisters-in-law and now co-founders of an exciting new start-up called LunaJoy.
Sipra Laddha and Shama Rathi are board certified psychiatrists, real estate investors and tech co-founders. After building a portfolio of multifamily homes in Florida (thanks ZTF!) they launched LunaJoy – a digital mental health clinic for women. Through value-add practice acquisitions and venture capital funding they have built an 8-figure tech company that provides specialized mental health care to women across the country.
Sipra and Shama’s origins in business actually started with real estate through our Zero to Freedom course.
Shama stumbled upon our course in the midst of the COVID pandemic and this lit a fire under her, acquiring a total of 13 doors in a short period of time and claiming real estate professional status in 2020 and 2021. From there, Sipra also got into real estate investing.
It was this experience in real estate and the mindset work in the course that spurred them to start LunaJoy and build it into an 8 figure business!
