In this episode, we go into the logistics of becoming a digital nomad with family.
We first became digital nomads in 2017 when we had a 12-month-old. We did it again in 2021, this time with three children and a fourth child joining us intermittently.
We thought this would be a good episode to record now because we are seeing so many of our Zero to Freedom students getting to the point where they’re achieving greater freedoms, both financial and time freedom, as they grow their real estate portfolios.
We’re also seeing many students enjoy their freedoms sooner because they understand the importance of enjoying the journey, not just focusing on getting to the destination. So you’ll see them taking 2 months off at a time to explore the world (and of course checking out real estate along the way) or checking off those bucket list items that they never imagined they would be doing at such a young age.
We also wanted to highlight that you don’t have to stop investing in real estate while you are abroad. As long as you have everything in place ahead of time to allow you to find, acquire and manage a property long-distance (even from another continent away!).
