We are joined for this episode by Dr. George Chaucer, he has a very diverse background, including being a former touring musician. Which he did during Med School! He is currently a full-time Anesthesiologist and a Dad of two young girls.
Real Estate was instilled in George from a young age. His Dad was involved in real estate investing. He grew up watching his Dad devote time to his apartment complex every weekend.
George started his real estate journey himself when he partnered with his neighbor, who was an experienced real estate investor. Since then, he has developed an expertise in owning buildings that occupy U.S. Post Offices. Meaning his tenant is the U.S Government. George takes us through the upsides and downsides of this unique investment niche.
