You are a great cultural fit for EB Pro if you’re focused on learning and growing your portfolio, building deep relationships with others, and contributing to the growth of the rest of the community. If you are driven to do more, be more and give more, you belong here.
You can join EB Pro even if you own no rentals at this time. What is most important is that you are driven to grow and are committed to making things happen this year. Some EB Pro members own several hundred units personally and many have syndicated over 1,000 units through their experience in EB Pro in previous years.
EB Pro features pre-recorded content that typically requires 30 minutes to an hour to complete. Alongside this, there are 2-hour deep dive sessions with Leti and Kenji, and expert sessions lasting 1-2 hours held regularly. Annually, we organize three in-person events lasting 2 days each. Members can also participate in WAM groups (weekly accountability groups) and have frequent opportunities to engage in individual fund raises or partnership acquisitions of properties.
EB Pro is an accelerator program focused on helping driven high-achievers grow their personal real estate portfolios faster in a small community of committed individuals. It offers more advanced teaching, more proximity to Leti and Kenji, more frequent interactions with the group (WhatsApp) and the opportunity to develop more meaningful, deep relationships with other EB Pro members.

We have one retreat remaining in 2026 (Atlanta, GA – October 1 -2, 2026) and two retreats planned for 2027. Each gathering provides plenty of opportunities to network, learn, and exchange insights with fellow EB Pro members and Leti and Kenji.
Membership includes the cost for one member to attend these events. Spouses are more than welcome to join, for a small fee.
You don’t need to meet a specific success threshold to join EB Pro. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to scale an established portfolio, EB Pro is designed to accelerate your growth. We value commitment and a readiness to learn and apply new strategies more than past achievements.
